Nikki Stylist/Owner
Eh...eh...hem...Stand back while she adjusts her crown! This is Nikki, Cielo's Queen Bee and Captain of the Squad. A Minnesota native with the soul of an LA Beauty Queen, she takes pride in her reigning job as a "bad mama jama of 4 and endures wicked strength in all things hair related. She can bench 3 curling irons and can make a mess of a tail comb. Top notch is how we like to described her. A stylist of 20+ years, Nikki’s experience allows her to dominate the hair game with her styling expertise and she takes pride in educating others.
Welcoming clients and staff with open arms, Nikki’s main goal is to uplift those around her and make Cielo a beautiful experience for all. She is small but mighty and excited to have you as part of
the family.
KRISTINE Receptionist
Is it hair or hare? For Kristine, who would love a pet bunny, it's the latter. She grew up in Palos Verdes Estates. How did she end up in Manhattan Beach? Well...that's a long story, but we are glad she came through our front door! If she ended up on death row - you'd find her enjoying every type of Mexican food while washing it down with a matcha tea with sparkling water in it.
SOPHIA Assistant/Stylist
Stylist. Painter. Marathon runner. For Sophia, being a hairstylist is a family affair. The newest addition to our team grew up in her mom’s salon surrounded by hairdressers. She remembers helping sweep up the hair and watching all the amazing services happen before her eyes. An artist by nature, she loves the creativity that comes with her profession while making everyone experience beauty inside and out. When she is away from work, Sophia enjoys painting - using color palettes to create animals, landscapes, and more; running or hiking in Palos Verdes; and making jewelry from local sea life. She can’t wait to meet you at the salon for a consultation and to help make all your wildest dreams come true.
